That depends on your unique needs, desires and goals. In each session we will spend time talking about just those things; your needs, desires and goals. Each week we’ll talk about what’s happening now and if applicable how it relates to your past sexual and intimate experiences.

You’ll gain insight into how best to incorporate what you are learning through weekly practices and exercises at home. You’ll keep a journal for your insights and questions as they arise. Our sessions will include embodiment and mindfulness practices to support your sensual/sexual experience.

Depending on your needs, I may offer hypnotherapy as a modality to help change unhealthy beliefs,  disempower negative memories or patterns of behavior.
